5일 세계노총이 성명을 통해 <볼리비아에서 위대한 아르헨티나혁명가 체게바라의 암살이 일어난 1967년 10월9일로부터 54년이 지났다. 세계노총은 이날을 맞아 비대면토론회를 개최하는 바이다.>고 발표했다. 

세계노총은 <전세계의 세계노총회원국들은 위대한 투쟁가이자 무장투쟁으로 쟁취한 쿠바혁명과 쿠바사회주의건설에 헌신한 체게바라의 삶에 경의를 표한다>라며 <우리는 그의 국제주의적활동으로부터 현재와 미래의 투쟁에 있어 결론을 도출하고자 한다. 현재와 미래의 투쟁은 곧 노동계급과 민중의 이익에 어떻게 헌신하는가하는 문제이다.>고 말했다. 

이어서 <현시점 자본주의사회에서 경제위기라는 조건에서 노동자민중의 공공보건은 후퇴하고 노동환경과 생활권은 악화됐으며 제국주의자들과의 적대적관계는 심화됐다>고 규명했다. 

체게바라를 추모하며 그의 삶과 투쟁으로부터 얻는 교훈에 관한 토론회는 세계노총본부가 위치한 그리스시간으로 10월9일 오후5시에 개최된다. 토론회는 스페인어, 영어, 불어, 아랍어로 진행될 예정이다.

On the occasion of the completion of 54 years from the assassination of the great Argentine revolutionist leader Ernesto “Che” Guevara, on October 9, 1967 in Bolivia, the WFTU invites you to an International Symposium on the topic: The message of the life and struggle of Che Guevara that will take place:
On Saturday 9 October 2021, at 17.00pm Greek time, through ZOOM
The World Federation of Trade Unions, its members and friends all over the world, we honor the great militant Che, who contributed decisively through the armed struggle in the success of the Cuban revolution and in the construction of the socialist Cuban state. Through his life and struggle, through his internationalist action, we want to draw conclusions about the present and future struggles, about how they should be in order to serve the interests of the working class and the Peoples.
In the current conditions of the new financial capitalist crisis, downgrade of public health, deterioration of the working and living conditions of workers, sharpening of the imperialist antagonisms, the quote of Che: “Above all, always be capable of feeling deeply any injustice committed against anyone, anywhere in the world. This is the most beautiful quality of a revolutionary” as well as his overall action light up the course of struggle, solidarity and proletarian internationalism.
